What is 'My Account'? How do I update my information?

‘My Account’ helps you process your orders and transactions. It also helps you:

i. Manage/edit your personal data

ii. Change your password

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once the payment for your order has been authorized and received, you will be sent an email with the details of your order.This will also include a unique Order ID number.

How do I pay for my Bajaj Digital purchase?

There are multiple payment methods designed for your convenience. You can use Internet Banking and Cash on Delivery. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards.

What is Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)?

With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

How do I pay using a credit card / debit card?

a. Credit cards

i. We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

b. Debit cards

i. We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

How safe is it to use my credit card / debit card on Bajaj Digital?

a. Bajaj Digital uses the 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

b. All credit card and debit card payments on Bajaj Digital are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additionallayer of security through identity verification.

How do I check the current status of my orders?

a. You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In the ‘My Account’ page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.

What is the policy on Gift Cards?

a. Bajaj Digital Gift Cards (GC) are issued by Bajaj Electronics.

b. The GC can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.bajajdigital.com only.

c. A GC can be purchased on www.bajajdigital.com using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.

How many Gift Cards can I purchase?

a. You can combine and use a maximum of 15 Gift Cards per order. They can be combined with promotional codes.

b. Please not that GCs will expire after 12 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter

When and how can an order be cancelled?

a. User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by logging a call within 24 hours to the Bajaj Digital Customer Support:+91 8688860000

b."Cancel Order" can be placed anytime after booking of order but before status of order changes into "handed over to courier" on the Website.

Are there any hidden costs on the items sold here?

a. No. There are no hidden charges on any of your Bajaj Digital purchases. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

How are the items packaged?

a. Products sold here are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap and all electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

a. We follow a strict 24-hour delivery system. This however, does not apply in case of natural calamities or any unforeseen situations. In any case, we will keep you informed about the delivery status.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

a. As we only work with reputed courier partners, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by the respective courier service.

How does the Returns Policy work?

a. Products can be returned by User only by registering lodging a 'Return' request' by logging a call on the Company’s 24 hours Bajaj Digital Customer Care.

An item has to be returned. How will it be picked up?

a. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

b. Wherever possible Bajaj Digital will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through Bajaj Digital, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.

When are returns not possible?

a. If the return request is made outside the specified time frame

b. The product is not in the same condition as you had received it

c. Defective products that covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

d. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

e. If anything is missing from the package you’d received. Like price tags, labels, original packing and accessories

When can I apply for refunds?

a. In order to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, you will be issued a refund if a replacement for your product cannot be provided.

How will the refund be made available after cancellation?

a. The money will be refunded back to the payment mode chosen by you or the account that was originally used to make the transaction.

What are the products that cannot be replaced or exchanged?

a. Products that are not replaceable or exchangeable are:

i. Products such as desktops, laptops, peripherals, gaming hardware, handy-cams, digital cameras, mobile phones, fixed phones mp3 players, accessories, large appliances, LCD's, TV's, home theatre systems and other entertainment products.

ii. Any products sold under Special offers or Promotional Schemes.

iii. Personal care products will not be replaced for hygiene reasons.

iv. Free gifts will not be replaced and/or covered under any kind of warranty.

b. It is expressly provided that if any Store Pick-up Replaceable Products are not available with the Store, the money shall be refunded to the User in accordance with the Refund Policy of the Company as set out herein.
