The Easy Returns Policy of Bajaj Digital ('Company') comes into force if within 7 days of delivery you find your product(s) is defective, damaged, not in a working condition and/or not what you ordered.
In such instances, the Company will provide you with the right replacement. Customers are requested to immediately place an 'Exchange/Replacement Request' on the Company's website or by calling the 24-hour Customer Care number.
Arrangements will be made and expenses borne entirely by the Company to pick up the product to be exchanged or replaced from the shipping address originally provided by the customer when placing the order. Customers are requested to keep ready all packing materials, accessories, freebies, and the like that made up the order.
Please note that products ordered on the Company's website cannot be exchanged at or replaced by any Bajaj Digital retail outlet.
